Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, and website
* Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords
* Handle daily order processing, dispatch coordination, and returns
* Respond to customer queries and manage feedback/reviews
* Plan and execute offers, discounts, and sales strategies
* Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports
* Support digital marketing activities (ads, promotions, campaigns)
* Maintain inventory updates and ensure stock availability
* Follow marketplace guidelines and maintain account health
* Handle customer communication via WhatsApp and have basic knowledge of WhatsApp API
Requirements:
* Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
* Good communication skills
* Familiarity with MS Excel
* Knowledge of WhatsApp API is a plus
* Detail-oriented and proactive approach
