About the Role:

Sutra Fine Jewellery is looking for a proactive and motivated Online Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fine jewelry and gemstones, with a knack for handling online sales queries and generating leads.

We offer high sales commissions.

Responsibilities

- Handle sales queries and provide exceptional customer service

- Develop and manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement through Interakt, delight Chat, Wati, etc.

- Work closely with our team to contribute to sales and marketing strategies.

-Schedule Video calls with customers and convert generate leads

- Take regular follow ups and updates from potential customers.

Qualifications

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales.

- Strong knowledge of fine jewelry and gemstones.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to generate and manage leads effectively.

- Experience in creating sales campaigns and content.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
