We are looking for a smart, responsible, and active female candidate to manage our online business operations and customer enquiries.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle online customer enquiries from different platforms
- Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and update data records in Microsoft Excel
- Upload and manage product posts on Instagram
- Create basic product photos and videos and perform simple editing
- Maintain daily reports and customer data
