JOB TITLE:

Operations & Coordination Executive (Laundry & CNC – No Sales)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are hiring a serious and responsible Operations & Coordination Executive.

This is NOT a sales job and NOT a casual telecalling role.

Work includes:

• Calling hotels and spas after laundry delivery to confirm quality and on-time delivery

• Calling hotels, spas and CNC factories to check requirement and fix meetings

• Coordinating CNC tools requirement with internal employee/store

• Sending daily WhatsApp report to owner

No selling.

No price discussion.

No commitment to clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Laundry delivery & quality follow-up

• Lead qualification (no sales)

• CNC tools coordination

• Daily reporting

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Clear Hindi communication

• Basic English

• Comfortable with phone calling

• Coordination & follow-ups

• Disciplined and responsible

EXPERIENCE:

3+ years (telecalling / coordination preferred)

GENDER:

Female preferred

EDUCATION:

10th / 12th pass or above

WORKING HOURS:

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Monday to Saturday

SALARY:

₹11,000 – ₹14,000 per month

Incentives extra (performance based)
