Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Check duty on/off for each routes available
• Assign wards/areas for monitoring to staff as per schedule.
• Manage daily manpower deployment.
• Prepare and submit daily reports to management.
• Analyse and prepare action plans for day to day task.
• Support and oversee field operations to ensure smooth work.
• Ensure implementation of organisations SOP’s on field.
• Ensure resolutions for Field audit findings.
• Maintain work quality as per client scope of works and standards.
• To maintain site expenses, Assets and resources accordingly.

Eligibility:

• Minimum Graduate (Any stream).
• Good communication & coordination skills.
• Advance MS Excel/Data preparation.
• Responsible and punctual.
• Experience in Client handling and team management will be preferred.
