Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple QSR outlets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and leading teams to achieve sales, profit, and quality goals.

• Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across multiple QSR locations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and improve store-level performance metrics: sales, Manpower Cost, food cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and mentor store managers and their teams to meet operational standards and business objectives.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all units.
• Ensure all stores comply with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of store-level staff.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to maintain brand and service consistency.
• Analyze performance data and prepare operational reports for senior management.
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives in coordination with the marketing team.
• Manage inventory, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships.
• Respond to and resolve customer complaints and escalations efficiently.
• Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in multi-unit QSR or food service operations.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent understanding of P&L management and operational KPIs.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FSSAI).
• Proficiency in using POS systems and reporting tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel between locations as needed.
