Operations Associate

As our Operations Associate, you are the person who keeps everything moving on the floor. Your main job is to ensure everything is set up in the courts and fields, check that the equipment is safe, and make sure the facility is ready for players to arrive. You will work closely with the manager and the cleaner to keep the facility in great shape so that every game starts on time and everyone stays safe.

What this looks like in simple terms:

• Setting up: Putting out the nets, goals, or balls before a game.
• Checking safety: Making sure there are no broken parts or hazards on the court.
• Helping out: Being the "go-to" person if a coach or player needs help with equipment.
• Teamwork: Helping the cleaner and manager stay on the same page.
