Operations Executive

Job Summary - We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive who will be responsible for coordinating with manufacturing units, vendors, logistics partners, and franchise locations. The role involves regular follow-ups, documentation management, stock tracking, and ensuring smooth movement of goods.

Key Roles & Responsibilities (KRA):

• Maintain and update operational data using MS Excel, including reports related to stock, dispatch, and agreements.
• Coordinate and follow up with manufacturing (MFG) teams regarding production schedules and material availability.
• Ensure timely follow-ups for raw material (RM) and packaging material (PM) procurement with vendors.
• Coordinate with franchise partners for stock movement, requirements, and issue resolution.
• Handle logistics follow-ups with transporters to track dispatches, deliveries, and parcel status.
• Ensure timely dispatch of goods to customers and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Maintain proper records of inward and outward stock movements.
• Communicate regularly with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing setup
• Exposure to vendor coordination and stock handling
• Organized, responsible, and process-driven mindset
