Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support daily

operational activities. The role involves close coordination with technicians, transporters, plant

teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of both field and system-based

operations.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

● Coordinate with technicians for installations, maintenance, and issue resolution.

● Monitor vehicle GPS status (online/offline) and ensure timely follow-ups.

● Maintain and update operational data in Excel and internal panels.

● Share daily operational reports with management and cross-functional teams.

● Coordinate with plant teams to ensure smooth vehicle entry and loading compliance.

● Track pending cases and ensure timely closure.

● Professionally handle transporter queries and operational concerns.

● Ensure proper documentation and adherence to operational processes.

● Support inventory tracking of GPS devices and related accessories.

● Escalate critical operational issues to the reporting manager when required.

Qualification & Skillset:

● Graduate (any stream). Freshers and experienced both are welcome to apply

● Basic knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Filters, Data Entry).

● Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

● Ability to coordinate effectively with field teams and stakeholders.

● Strong problem-solving attitude.

● Willingness to travel (if required).

● Basic understanding of operations and coordination processes.
