Packing Executive

We are seeking motivated and reliable Packing Staff to join our team at Pride Store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently packing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality in the packing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack products according to company standards and guidelines.

Ensure that all packages are labeled correctly and match the corresponding order.

Inspect products for defects before packing.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Meet daily packing quotas and deadlines.

Follow safety procedures and company policies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.)
• Coordinate with warehouses, vendors, and courier partners for order fulfillment
• Ensure timely order processing, packaging, and shipping
• Handle product listings, updates, pricing, and stock management on multiple platforms
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to improve efficiency
• Manage returns, replacements, and customer service escalations
• Work closely with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns
• Maintain accurate records and reports on inventory, sales, and operational performance
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (platform-side or seller-side)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with e-commerce dashboards
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of tools like Unicommerce, Vinculum, Browntape, or similar
• Experience handling large order volumes and multi-channel operations
• Understanding of e-commerce policies, returns, and claims
