Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals for the position of Parent Relationship Officer. This is a field-based role focused on generating and converting leads for school admissions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, community outreach, and participation in local events.
• Follow up with prospective parents, understand their concerns, and present school offerings convincingly.
• Maintain regular contact with leads and provide updates on school programs, infrastructure, and admission timelines.
• Coordinate with the branch and admissions team to schedule school visits and counselling sessions.
• Track lead conversions and report daily progress.
• Build strong rapport with parents to ensure trust and engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in sales or field marketing is preferred, but freshers with a passion for education and sales are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel locally within Jaipur.
