Position: Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Hybrid preferred)

Core Responsibilities:

Multi-Platform Ad Management:

• Execute & optimize campaigns for Leads Generation across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search/Shopping/PMax), LinkedIn Ads, Truecaller Ads, YouTube Ads & e-Commerce ads & management with ROAS > 4x targets
• Daily monitoring, A/B testing, budget allocation, and AI-driven bid automation for maximum ROI

Website Development & Automation:

• Build & maintain client websites using WordPress, PHP/Laravel with AI plugins (Elementor AI, 10Web, RankMath AI)
• Implement SEO/SMO strategies: keyword research, on-page optimization, schema markup, social meta tags
• Setup WhatsApp Business API automations (broadcasts, chatbots, abandoned cart recovery, lead nurturing)

Google My Business & Local SEO:

• Create & optimize GMB profiles for all client locations with photo uploads, posts, reviews management.
• Manage citations, local rankings, and geo-targeted campaigns across platforms

AI-First Marketing Operations:

• Use AI tools for campaign forecasting, audience insights, creative generation, and performance predictions
• Automate reporting dashboards (Google Looker Studio + Zapier) with daily KPI sharing (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)
• Implement cross-platform tracking (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag)

Full Client Lifecycle Management:

• Client onboarding: audit existing setup, competitor analysis, growth roadmap creation
• Campaign execution: launch, scaling, optimization with weekly strategy reviews
• Business development: upsell opportunities, retention through performance proof
• Daily client updates via WhatsApp/Slack with clear ROI metrics and next actions

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven track record scaling ad spend ₹5L+ monthly across 3+ platforms with case studies
• Live websites built (share URLs in portfolio)
• WhatsApp API implementation experience (broadcasts, chat flows)
• Hindi + English fluency for client communication
