Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and WhatsApp Marketing.
• Generate high-quality leads and conversions through performance marketing strategies.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROI.
• Create and manage audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the creative team for ad copies, landing pages, and creatives.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills

• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics
• Strong knowledge of lead generation campaigns
• Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
