Personal Assistant – Business Development & Client Relations

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support business development activities, manage social media coordination, and act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Support



Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients



Support proposal preparation, presentations, and follow-ups



Maintain business development trackers and reports



Social Media Coordination



Manage and coordinate social media activities across platforms



Assist with content planning, scheduling, and basic analytics tracking



Coordinate with designers or marketing teams to ensure brand consistency



Client Meetings & Coordination



Schedule and organize client meetings, calls, and appointments



Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes of meetings



Act as a point of contact for client communications and follow-ups



Project Liaisoning



Coordinate between clients, internal teams, and external partners



Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items



Ensure smooth flow of information and timely resolution of issues



Administrative Support



Manage calendars, emails, and documentation



Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required



Handle confidential information with discretion



Required Skills & Qualifications



1–3 years of experience in a similar role (PA, Business Development, or Client Coordination)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace



Work Conditions & Flexibility

Willingness and ability to travel easily for client meetings, events, and project coordination
