Picker / Packer

Job SummaryThe Picker / Packer is responsible for accurately picking products from the dark store shelves and packing customer orders quickly and correctly so they can be dispatched on time. This role is time-sensitive and requires speed, attention to detail, and discipline.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick items from shelves based on the order shown in the handheld device / app.
• Ensure correct product, quantity, and quality while picking.
• Pack items safely to avoid leakage, damage, or wrong deliveries.
• Follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and expiry checks while picking.
• Keep shelves organized and maintain store cleanliness.
• Refill shelves and assist in inventory stocking when required.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders and Delivery Partners for smooth dispatch.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
• RequirementsMinimum education: 10th pass preferred.
• Able to read basic English / Hindi and use a mobile device.
• Physically fit and able to stand/walk for long hours.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Prior warehouse, supermarket, or dark store experience is a plus (not mandatory).
