Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Order Picker and Packer. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking and packing orders from Amazon and Flipkart, performing quality checks, updating returns, managing inbound items in the warehouse management tool, handing over items to the courier, and sending daily reports. Key Responsibilities: Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently Perform quality checks on all items before packing Update returns and manage inbound items in the warehouse management tool Handover items to the courier in a timely and efficient manner Ensure that all orders are processed and shipped on time Maintain a clean and organized work environment Keep track of inventory and report any discrepancies Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily targets Communicate effectively with colleagues and management Send daily reports on order status, inventory levels, and any issues that arise Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work well in a team environment Good communication skills Basic computer skills Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend to collect item.
