Position Details

Position Title: PPC Executive

Department: PPC

Reporting To: (Floor In-charge) / Director

Location: BSWPL Plant, Jaipur

Level: Level–2

Purpose of the Position

To plan and monitor production schedules as per customer orders and ensure timely completion of jobs with optimum resource utilization.

Personal Profile

Education: Graduate / ITI / Diploma

Experience: 1–2 years in PPC / planning role

Skills & Competencies:

·      Knowledge of production planning and scheduling

·      Excel and data management skills

·      Good coordination and follow-up skills

Key Responsibilities & Measures

·      Prepare daily and weekly production plan as per confirmed orders.

·      Coordinate with production, purchase, and store teams.

·      Track work progress vs plan and report deviations.

·      Issue production orders and maintain records.

·      Update daily production summary.

·      Monitor machine and manpower utilization.

·      Support Floor Incharge in meeting dispatch timelines.
