Job Title: Plant Maintenance Head

Reports to: Operations Head

Location: Sitapura, Jaipur

Job Summary:

The Plant Maintenance Head is responsible for leading the maintenance team to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective maintenance operations at our three plants located in Sitapura. This includes planning, organizing, and supervising maintenance activities to maximize plant uptime, reliability, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to achieve plant goals.

- Conduct maintenance audits and risk assessments.

Maintenance Operations:

- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities (preventive, predictive, corrective).

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

- Manage maintenance budgets and costs.

Team Management:

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of maintenance personnel.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.

- 8-12 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing plant.

- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
