Plant Supervisor

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee night-shift manufacturing operations for cable and conductor production. The candidate must have prior hands-on experience in the cable and conductor industry, with strong knowledge of production processes, quality checks, and shift management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise night-shift production operations for cable and conductor manufacturing.
• Ensure production targets are met with efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure products meet required specifications.
• Oversee machine operations and coordinate with maintenance teams when issues arise.
• Manage and guide machine operators, helpers, and shift workers.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and quality documentation.
• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with plant guidelines.
• Coordinate with day-shift supervisor for seamless operational handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory: Prior experience in cable and conductor manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production workflow, machine operations, and quality procedures.
• Ability to manage a team during night shift independently.
• Good communication and decision-making skills.
• Basic knowledge of production documentation and reporting.
