Powder Coating Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Powder Coater who can perform powder coating on metal panels used in air coolers. The candidate should have hands-on experience in powder coating processes, machine operation, and quality finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform powder coating on metal cooler panels
• Operate and maintain powder coating guns, booths, ovens, and compressors
• Ensure proper surface preparation (cleaning, degreasing, pretreatment)
• Maintain correct powder thickness and uniform finish
• Control curing/baking temperature and time as per standards
• Meet daily production targets
• Conduct quality inspection to avoid defects such as scratches, bubbles, uneven coating, or color variation
• Follow safety rules and factory guidelines
• Keep machines and work area clean and organized

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in powder coating (cooler panels / sheet metal preferred)
• Knowledge of powder coating equipment and processes
• Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime, if required
