Premium Acquasition Manager

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target potential premium customers through networking, referrals, and market research
• Acquire new high-value clients and achieve assigned acquisition targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients
• Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable products/services
• Collaborate with internal teams (wealth management, credit, investment, etc.) to deliver customized solutions
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new premium clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine acquisition strategies
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal policies
• Track and report performance metrics (client acquisition, revenue, portfolio growth)
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience in sales, relationship management, or wealth management (typically 2–6+ years)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust with high-value clients
• Knowledge of financial products (banking, investments, insurance, etc.)
