Job Description

Role: The Global Voice (Customer Success – UK/AUS) 

Mission: 

Drive Global Conversations & Win deals.

If you have the flair for native-level English and the confidence to handle international B2C interactions, this stage is yours.

The Mission (Responsibilities):

• Personalized Engagement: Conduct high-energy outbound conversations with individual customers in the UK and Australia.
• Relationship Building: It’s not just a call; it’s a connection. Qualify leads by understanding the customer's lifestyle and needs.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent Climax BPM with sophistication, ensuring every customer feels valued and heard.
• Smart Problem Solving: Navigate through objections using logic, empathy, and wit—no "one-size-fits-all" scripts here.
• Growth Driver: Meet and exceed conversion targets while maintaining accurate records in our CRM.

The DNA (Skills Required):

• Native-Level English: You don't just speak English; you own it. Fluency and a neutral/global accent are non-negotiable.
• Confident Communicator: You are a natural at talking to strangers and turning them into happy customers.
• People Reader: You can sense the customer's mood and adapt your tone instantly.

The Package & Perks:

• Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 CTC+ Performance Bonuses that reward your hustle.
• Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday. (Fixed 5-day workweek because weekends are for you!).
• Shift Timings: 
• UK Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
• AUS Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST
• Location: Shipra Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur

Requirements

• The Experienced Hustler: Up to 1 year of experience in International Voice, Telesales, or B2C calling? That’s a massive plus.
