Job Description
- Job Responsibilities
- Procure raw materials and beverages as per requirements
- Manage inventory levels, FIFO, and store operations
- Maintain opening & closing stock
- Verify GRN, invoices, quantity, quality, and specifications
- Coordinate with vendors, outlets, and production team
- Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and SOP compliance
- Prepare inventory, cost, and financial reports
- Support audits and ensure tax & compliance accuracy
- Monitor costs, stock variance, and wastage control
- Requirements:Experience in Purchase / Inventory / Store management (F&B preferred)
- Knowledge of IMS & PetPooja software
- Good coordination and reporting skills
