Production Incharge

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Incharge to manage the end-to-end production process of ladies kurtis. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily production activities, managing workers, and ensuring timely delivery with proper quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete garment production process (cutting, stitching, finishing)

Supervise tailors and production workers

Ensure daily production targets are achieved

Maintain quality standards for all products

Plan and organize work as per orders

Coordinate with packing and dispatch team

Handle production-related issues and solve them quickly

Maintain records of production and stock

Requirements:

Experience in garment/kurtis production (preferred)

Good knowledge of stitching and garment processes

Ability to manage team and workers

Basic understanding of fabric and designs

Strong time management and problem-solving skills

Honest, responsible, and hardworking
