PRODUCTION PLANING COORDINATOR

2–5 years of experience in garment manufacturing or apparel production planning

Strong knowledge of garment production processes (cutting, stitching, finishing)

Familiarity with T&A planning, line balancing, and capacity planning

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/software used in apparel industry

Good communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare production plans based on order quantity, delivery timelines, and factory capacity
• Coordinate with the merchandising team to understand buyer requirements and order specifications
• Develop and monitor Time & Action (T&A) calendars for each order
• Ensure timely availability of fabrics, trims, and accessories
• Coordinate with cutting, sewing, and finishing departments to maintain workflow
• Track daily production status and update progress reports
• Identify production delays and take corrective actions
• Ensure line loading and capacity planning for optimal utilization
• Work closely with quality teams to maintain garment standards
• Coordinate with logistics for shipment planning and on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate records of production schedules and output
