Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the delivery of a program or project to achieve business objectives. You will define project scope, monitor execution, and communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead project planning and execution. - Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are met on time. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address issues and manage expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Experience in defining project scope and deliverables. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP modules integration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
