Vedant Info Tech Solution  is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Jaipur.

�� Experience Required: 7–10 Years

�� Position: Project Coordinator

�� Gender Preference: Male

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall coordination with customers and project stakeholders

• Coordination with GSS (Grid Substation) teams and site staff

• Monitoring and follow-up of Transmission Line / Electrical Infrastructure project activities

• Managing communication between site teams and the Head Office

• Preparing project reports, documentation, and progress updates

• Ensuring timely execution and coordination of project tasks

• Handling vendor and contractor coordination

• Supporting project planning and scheduling

• Assisting in project cost estimation and project value analysis

Required Skills:

✔ Strong project coordination and communication skills

✔ Experience in power / electrical infrastructure projects

✔ Knowledge of GSS (Grid Substation) project coordination

✔ Experience in Project Value (PV) and Cost Estimation

✔ Expertise in interpreting customer technical specifications and project requirements

✔ Ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously

✔ Strong documentation and reporting skills

✔ Problem-solving and team coordination ability
