Project Coordinator

A Project Coordinator in the EPC sector supports project managers and cross-functional teams (Coordination among departments to directors) to ensure smooth project planning & execution.

The role involves tracking progress, managing documentation, coordinating communication, and helping ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

1. Work Responsibilities & Eligible Criteria Act as a communication link between Director to Departments like engineering, procurement, construction, vendors, and clients.

Organize regular coordination meetings; prepare and circulate minutes of meetings (MoM).

Follow up on pending actions with remark to departments as well to managementPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for internal and client use.

Coordinate with procurement teams for material requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.

Track delivery status and ensure integration with construction timelines.

Monitor site progress, highlight delays, and initiate corrective actions.

Assist in coordinating indirectly subcontractors and verifying site resource requirements.

Ensure project activities follow company quality procedures and compliance norms.Maintain checklists, inspection reports, and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Time management and ability to multi-task.

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams.Mix of office and site-based responsibilities depending on project phase.Frequent coordination with clients, contractors, design teams, and suppliers.

Travel to project sites or vendor facilities must be required.

Min 2 days tour in a month with Group coordinator (Like-Delhi,Haryana,Punjab,Uttarakhand).

Min 9 days tour in 6 months to other states with Group coordinator & staff members (Like-Delhi,Haryana,Punjab,Uttarakhand,Himachal,J&K, Ladakh region,Ahmedabad,Hyderabad,Bengluru,Mumbai,Coastal belt of karnataka)

Travel to overseas offices for departmental activities.

Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Science/Commerce/Arts.

Experience: 2–7 years preferred in EPC, construction, Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing domains.
