Job Description – Project Manager (Civil) Arihant Legacy, Jaipur

Position: Project Manager Location: Arihant Legacy, Jaipur CTC: Approx. 6.5 Lakh per annum

Reporting To: Director / Senior Management

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience: 5–10 years

1. Role Overview Arihant Legacy is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead and expedite the completion of two pending blocks along with all internal & external development works. The role requires strong exposure to Civil + MEP, systems-driven reporting, quality control, and stakeholder management.

2. Key Responsibilities A. Project Execution & Monitoring

• Oversee construction activities for two under-progress blocks including structure, finishing, and services.

• Integration of Civil, MEP, Fire, Lift, and External Development works.

• Prepare and monitor micro-schedules with strict adherence to timelines.

• Supervise labour, subcontractors, and vendors daily. B. Quality & Quantity Assurance • Conduct routine quality checks as per IS codes, drawings & specifications.

• Ensure quantity verification, material reconciliation, and BOQ compliance.

• Implement QC systems and rectify deviations proactively. C. Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaison with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, suppliers, and contractors.

• Ensure timely approvals, drawings, and material movement.

• Present weekly progress reports highlighting bottlenecks.

D. Documentation & Systems

• Maintain DPR, WPR, and material consumption reports.

• Manage checklists, inspection reports, and certification formats.

• Strong understanding of project management tools. E. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with building codes and statutory norms.

• Enforce site safety protocols ensuring zero accidents.
