Project Manager ( Interior Designing )

Job Summary

The Project Manager in Interior Design is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing interior design projects from concept to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations, while maintaining high design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end interior design projects, including residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces
• Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and clients
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets
• Review design drawings, specifications, and material selections
• Conduct site visits to ensure work is progressing as planned
• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate necessary changes
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations
• Manage procurement of materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders
• Handle client communication and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle 

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
• Experience with luxury residential or commercial interior projects
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices
