Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in ERPNext and the Frappe Framework to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining ERP solutions, working on backend logic using Python, and managing ERPNext-based business applications. The role requires strong technical expertise in Python, MySQL, and ERPNext architecture.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize ERP modules using ERPNext and Frappe Framework.
- Build scalable backend services using Python.
- Design, manage, and optimize MySQL databases and queries.
- Customize ERPNext forms, reports, workflows, and dashboards.
- Work on frontend components within the Frappe framework using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external systems with ERPNext.
- Troubleshoot system issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and development teams to implement new features.
- Maintain documentation and follow best coding practices.
- Required SkillsStrong experience in Python development.
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework.
- Solid understanding of MySQL database design and optimization.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS for frontend customization.
- Experience with REST APIs and integrations.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Understanding of Linux server environments.
- Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field.
- Experience in ERP implementation, customization, and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of ERPNext deployment, Docker, or cloud hosting is an added advantage.
- Additional SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple development tasks in a fast-paced environment
