Job Description
- Verify dealer documents: eKYC, GST, E-Bill, Dealer Agreement.
- Present NACH mandates online.
- Check Vahan data for vehicle verification.
- Maintain basic knowledge of loan life cycle & required documents.
- Support ground staff with application/process issues.
- Visit branches on a rotational basis for surveys & compliance checks.
- Prepare basic Excel reports and maintain records.
- Basic MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of loan processes & compliance documentation.
- Good communication, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel.
