Full Stack Developer (React Native + UI/UX Understanding)Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented React Native Full Stack Developer with a strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in React Native development, GitHub version control, and basic backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

The candidate should also be capable of understanding user behavior, improving app usability, and collaborating on UI/UX improvements beyond just code implementation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMobile DevelopmentDevelop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
• Write scalable, reusable, and maintainable code
• Optimize application performance and responsiveness
• UI/UX Implementation & ImprovementTranslate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect mobile interfaces
• Suggest UI/UX improvements based on usability best practices
• Ensure responsive layouts across multiple screen sizes
• Implement smooth animations and micro-interactions
• Maintain design consistency using reusable components
• Backend IntegrationIntegrate REST APIs and manage frontend–backend data flow
• Handle JSON data, async calls (Promises / async–await)
• Collaborate with backend developers to understand API structures
• Version Control & CollaborationUse GitHub for:

Experience with:

Basic backend knowledge:
