Real Estate Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Counselor to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the complete property transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads and client inquiries
• Understand client needs, budget, and preferences
• Share suitable residential and commercial property options
• Arrange and coordinate property site visits
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and documentation
• Follow up with clients and convert leads into sales
• Maintain client data, leads, and sales records
• Coordinate with developers, owners, and internal teams
• Achieve assigned sales targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Basic knowledge of real estate market (preferred)
• Positive attitude and convincing skills

Qualification:

• Graduate (any stream preferred)

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
