Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Sales Executive with a strong background in selling premium residential properties. The candidate must have at least 5 years of proven success in real estate sales, especially within Jaipur's premium housing segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and client engagement to site visits and deal closure
• Effectively present the project’s features and value proposition to potential buyers
• Build strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and trust-building
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-ups using CRM tools
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign feedback and lead quality improvement
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated with local market trends and competitor offerings

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales (premium residential projects preferred)
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of the Jaipur real estate market, especially Mansarovar and nearby areas
• Professional demeanor with a customer-first approach
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Own conveyance is preferred
