Job Description

🎯 Role ObjectiveWe are looking for a highly energetic and result-driven Pre-Sales Executive who will qualify and nurture incoming real estate leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales closing team.

This role is critical in filtering serious buyers and improving conversion ratios.

  • 🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesCall all fresh leads within 5–10 minutes
  • Qualify leads based on:

  • Budget
  • Location preference
  • Property type
  • Timeline
  • Loan status
  • Decision maker
  • Update CRM daily (Mandatory)
  • Schedule confirmed site visits for sales manager
  • Follow up with warm leads regularly
  • Maintain proper call notes & lead status
  • Coordinate with marketing & closing team
  • Generate referral leads from interested prospects
