Sales Executive & Tele Caller – Premium Real Estate (Avana & Arihant Legacy)

We are expanding our team for our flagship developments Avana and Arihant Legacy and are seeking ambitious sales professionals to join us.

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Executive to handle direct property sales, lead management, customer presentations, and deal closures for our premium residential projects.

Key Responsibilities·        

Make outbound telecalls to prospective leads from company databases.

·        Invite customers for project site visits and handle them as per company SOP.

·        Deliver PPT presentations to customers explaining project features, pricing, and benefits.

·        Maintain accurate records in CRM for lead tracking and transparency.

·        Ensure consistent follow-ups with potential buyers and influence their decision positively.

·        Coordinate with the Conversion Manager for final meetings and closings.

·        Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Competencies·        

Strong communication (Hindi & English) and presentation skills.

·        Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

·        Attention to detail and organized record-keeping.

·        Proficiency in CRM tools (training will be provided if needed).

·        Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

·        Quick learning ability for market & product updates.

Eligibility Criteria·       

 Minimum 1 years of proven sales experience (Real Estate preferred).

·        Age: 22–35 years preferred.

·        Comfortable with Sunday working (weekday offs as per monthly roster).

·        Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Work Details·        Location: On-site (Avana & Arihant Legacy, Jaipur) + Office

·        Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

·        Weekly Offs: 4 per month (weekday rotation)

·        Salary & Incentives: ₹25,000/month fixed + 0.25% incentive per unit sold
