Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding their property requirements, and closing sales efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, site visits, cold calls, and online platforms.
• Meet clients to understand their property requirements and provide suitable options.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain project details clearly.
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams, builders, and stakeholders for smooth transactions.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Real Estate, Business, or Marketing preferred).
• Proven experience in real estate sales or similar field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Good understanding of local real estate market and property trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in residential or commercial property sales.
• Knowledge of real estate documentation and RERA guidelines.
• Vehicle and valid driving license for client visits.
