Real Estate Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a goal-driven Real Estate Sales Executive who is passionate about selling properties and converting leads into happy customers. You will be responsible for actively managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and closing deals across residential and commercial properties.

Your primary focus will be:

"Sell, Sell, and Sell" flats, plots, villas, and commercial units across Jaipur and Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound leads and proactively generate new ones.

• Present property listings to clients and explain features, pricing, and benefits.
• 
  
• Schedule and conduct property site visits and project walkthroughs.
• 
  
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• 
  
• Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure a smooth documentation process.
• 
  
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• 
  
• Collaborate with channel partners, developers, and the internal team for inventory and leads.
• 
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or related field sales roles (15 years).
• 
  
• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
• 
  
• Highly motivated and target-oriented.
• 
  
• Willing to travel within the city for site visits and client meetings.
• 
  
• Knowledge of Jaipurs property market is a plus.
