🎯 Job Responsibilities
- Handle fresh & existing leads (calls, WhatsApp & walk-ins)
- Explain project details, pricing & payment plans to customers
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Follow up with clients and close bookings
- Maintain customer database in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and management team
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Real estate sales experience preferred
- Target-oriented & self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)
- Knowledge of Jaipur real estate market is an advantage
