Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager

Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager who can lead the sales team, manage marketing activities, and drive property sales. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to achieve monthly closures. Owning a four-wheeler is mandatory for site visits and client meetings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Handle the complete property sales cycle—from lead generation to site visits to final closure.
  • Achieve minimum one closure per month as part of the target-linked salary.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase walk-ins, leads, and conversions.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to track performance, share updates, and give guidance.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and CRM teams for smooth functioning.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on market trends and pricing.
  • Ensure proper reporting of daily sales activities and closure updates to management.
  • Participate in promotional events, property fairs, and marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales (managerial experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
  • Ability to work under targets and deliver consistent closures.
  • Must own a four-wheeler (mandatory for field visits).
  • Good understanding of local real estate market, especially Jaipur area.
  • Ability to plan marketing campaigns and drive sales activities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
