Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strategies to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise real estate sales agents.
- Set clear performance goals and monitor team KPIs.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Oversee the entire sales process to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Client Relations:
- Foster strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Handle high-profile client interactions and complex negotiations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage conflict resolution when needed.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and property showcases.
- Assist in brand development and positioning in target markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a real estate agent and in a sales management role.
- Valid real estate license (required in most jurisdictions).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office; experience with MLS is a plus.
