Real Estate Sales Manager

Role Overview: Acts as the primary bridge between digital leads and physical project experiences. This role is 80% phone-based with a heavy focus on qualifying interest and "selling the visit."

• Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Prospecting: Manage high-volume outbound calls to provided leads to introduce new and ongoing real estate projects.

• Project Pitching: Deliver professional and engaging project overviews, highlighting USPs (Unique Selling Propositions) like location advantages, amenities, and ROI potential.

• Appointment Setting: Skillfully handle objections to convert "cold" or "warm" interest into confirmed site visit appointments.

• CRM Hygiene: Rigorously track call history, client preferences, and follow-up schedules in the CRM to ensure no lead is dropped.

• Visit Coordination: Sync with the field sales team to ensure a seamless handoff when the client arrives at the site.
