Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Real Estate Senior Sales Executive to generate leads, handle clients, conduct site visits, and close property deals for residential/commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle walk-in clients, inquiries, and telephonic leads
• Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients
• Conduct site visits and follow up regularly with prospects
• Achieve individual sales targets on monthly basis
• Maintain client database and update CRM regularly
• Coordinate with legal, loan, and documentation teams
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Assist in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
