Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager who can lead the sales team, generate revenue, and drive successful deal closures. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, market knowledge, and a proven track record in property sales.
- 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the sales team
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Convert leads into site visits and closures
- Handle high-value client meetings & negotiations
