Job Title: Receptionist (Real Estate Company)

Location: Patrakar Colony near Vandamataram Circle , Mansarovar

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and organized Receptionist to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
• Assist in basic administrative and office tasks
• Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings
• Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure
• Prior experience is a plus, but freshers can also apply

Working Hours: Full-time (9:45 - 6:45)
