Position: Front Office Executive / Receptionist

Job Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, students, and guests in a polite and professional manner
• Handle incoming calls and redirect them to the concerned departments
• Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
• Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area
• Handle email communication and basic documentation

Key Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a front office or receptionist role
• Good command over English (spoken and written)
• Presentable personality with professional attitude
• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Email)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
