Receptionist / Front Office Executive

As our Front Desk & Sales Associate, you are the first person our players see and the first voice they hear. You’ll make sure everyone feels welcome when they walk in, and you’ll help us grow by calling potential members to tell them about our courts and programs.

What You’ll Do (The Simple Version)

• Greeting & Check-ins: Say hello to players, check their court bookings, and show them where to go.
• Taking Bookings: Help people book Padel or Pickleball courts over the phone or in person.
• Cold Calling/Sales: Reach out to people who are interested in sports to tell them about our memberships, coaching, or special events.
• Answering Questions: Be the expert on our prices, opening hours, and what makes Theory of Sports the best place to play.
• Keeping it Tidy: Make sure the front desk and waiting area look clean and organized at all times.
