Reconciliation Executive (Fintech)

Job Responsibilities

• Daily reconciliation of financial transactions (Bank vs System data)
• Matching transactions for services like UPI, AEPS, DMT, Wallet, Bill Payments, etc.
• Identifying mismatches, pending, failed, or reversed transactions
• Preparing daily / weekly reconciliation & MIS reports
• Coordinating with internal support, tech team, and banking partners for issue resolution
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data confidentiality
• Timely closure of reconciliation discrepancies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Basic accounting knowledge (Debit / Credit concepts)
• Strong command over MS Excel / Google Sheets
• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables
• Filters & data analysis
• Understanding of fintech transactions & reference IDs
• Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy

Personal Qualities

• High attention to detail
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Time management & discipline (important for part-time role)
• Honest, reliable, and responsible with financial data
