Recovery Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success – Recovery Executive with experience in billing and

accounts receivable. The role focuses on ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payment follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support smooth recovery processes. The ideal candidate should be organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Billing

Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information for billing.

Verify billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness before invoicing.

Address and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation.

2. Accounts Receivable & Recovery

Track accounts receivable ageing and follow up on overdue payments.

Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment status.

Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure data accuracy.

Prepare and share periodic statements of account with customers.

Coordinate with internal teams to escalate unresolved payment or recovery issues.

3. Customer Success & Support

Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries related to billing and payments.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure smooth billing and recovery processes.

4. Compliance

Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and applicable accounting regulations.
